Collecting the monthly rent

After the Tenant has either signed a Tenancy Agreement or other definitive legal document (license or lease) with the landlord, or has moved in, it is the responsibility of the Landlord to collect the rent each month. Can I have specific requirements for the tenants?

If you have a special policy or requirements for your tenants you need to let our property checker know when he/she makes the visit so we can add it to our listing along with the rest of the information collected.

How do I contact the new tenant?

After you accept the booking request, and therefore the booking is confirmed we will send you an email with the contact details of the tenant so that you can contact him directly.

This way you’ll be able to maintain contact to arrange the details for the check-in as well anything else you need.

How do I reject a booking?

If you wish to reject a booking request, the easiest way to do so is replying to the notification email that was sent to you.

Please, make sure to mention if there has been any change in the availability dates for that property in question, so that you do not receive other booking requests during that period.

What do I need to do to accept a booking?

If you have received an email or SMS which informs you of a new booking, the easiest and fastest way to accept the booking is to reply to that email.

Please make sure to carefully read all the information contained in the email to make sure the booking request matches your preferences and availability.

How many days do I have to confirm the booking request?

Once you receive the notification email and/or SMS which informs you that a tenant has placed a booking request for your property, you will have 24 business hours to respond.

You can do so via email or phone, whichever is better for you.

How do I know if I have a new booking request?

When a tenant places a booking request for your property, you will receive a notification email and/or SMS which informs you on the personal details of the tenant and the relevant details of his/her stay.

On top of this, normally one of our booking agents will call you as well to see if you have any doubts regarding the process.
